Open Pitch is a social platform which helps businesses and freelancers to market their services and products to the world. Started in October 2020, Open Pitch has added 1,000+ businesses across multiple categories to help these businesses gain visibility and reach out to potential customers.   

Starting with two categories in October 2020, Open Pitch now has 48 unique categories like tutors, astrologers, dance teachers, online groceries and may others. All these categories have multiple business listings providing rich information to customers about these businesses, location, type of services they provide etc. Customers in India looking for any services in and around their location can visit Open Pitch and find the best suitable service provider for their need. Open Pitch has rich set of filters which helps customers further refine search results and find the most suited business according to their requirement. Filters like online availability, proximity search which helps customers find services within 1 km to 100 km from their location (pincode) further helps in enhancing the search experience on Open Pitch.

On the other hand, adding a business on Open Pitch is very simple. Businesses need to create their account and add their business profile by providing details like name of the business, address, contact details, relevant photos / videos, time of operation, website address (if any) and a few other details. Open Pitch has a moderation process for all profiles created to ensure quality. Profiles are published only after thorough review.

Dinesh Shahra Foundation conducted a host of activities for people affected by Floods & Lockdown in Maharashtra

With this motto in mind, Team DSF along with few village volunteers and local government bodies of Varai Taluka of Raigad district in Maharashtra recently carried out a food donation drive for flood hit people. Varai area of Raigad is in the interior and not much relief aid had reached out there to people who had lost their loved ones, homes, means of income and farmlands during this calamity.
