Ministry of Tourism, Government of India organizes Bharat Parv every year since 2016 in front of the ramparts of the Red Fort on the occasion of Republic Day Celebrations from 26th to 31st January. This year the Bharat Parv will be organized on a Virtual platform www.bharatparv2021.com from 26thJan to 31stJan 2021 wherein themed pavilions of multiple States & UTs will showcase their tourism destinations, cuisine, handicraft and other features. This virtual Bharat Parv will be inaugurated by the Hon’ble Speaker Lok Sabha Sh. Om Birla in presence of Hon’ble Union Tourism Minister Sh. Prahlad Singh Patel and available for people across the globe from 6 PM on 26th January 2021 onwards.

Various Central Ministries and other organizations such as Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Ayush, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Development Commissioner Handlooms, Development Commissioner Handicrafts, Lalit Kala Academy, Archaeological Survey of India, National Museum, National Gallery of Modern Arts, Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) etc. shall be displaying handicarfts, handlooms, music, dance, paintings and other features from all over India.

Glimpses of Republic Day Parade and recorded performances of armed forces music bands shall also be available on this virtual platform. Various Central Institutes of Hotel Management, Indian Culinary Institute will also be display cuisine delight from across India by showcasing videos, recipes of cuisines. 

This unique virtual Bharat Parv 2021 will showcase multiple videos/ films, images, brochures and other information of various organizations. Dinesh Shahra Foundation conducted a host of activities for people affected by Floods & Lockdown in Maharashtra

  The Foundation was also bestowed with an Award for Excellence in Philanthropic Contributions by the Times of India Group Providing relief to victims of flood and other natural calamities has been of the prime objectives of the Dinesh Shahra Foundation (DSF). With this motto in mind, Team DSF along with few village volunteers and local government bodies of Varai Taluka of Raigad district in Maharashtra recently carried out a food donation drive for flood hit people. Varai area of Raigad is in the interior and not much relief aid had reached out there to people who had lost their loved ones, homes, means of income and farmlands during this calamity. The food relief contained ration supply of essential grains, groundnuts, ghee, jaggery and sanitizers.
